We've partnered with one of the world's premier Olympic Lifting coaches

Aimee Anaya Everett is the co-owner of Catalyst Athletics. After a standout career on the platform including time at the Olympic Training Center, Aimee retired as an athlete to coach for and operate Catalyst Athletics. Aimee has devoted the last 29 years to the sport of Olympic Weightlifting as an athlete and a coach. In her time as a coach, Anaya Everett became the second female International Coach in USA Weightlifting, and the first American female coach to coach at the Olympics. Aimee is also the head lifting coach for Mat Fraser’s HWPO Training.

Aimee coaches Olympic Weightlifting across all levels—she has youth athletes, National level athletes, Masters athletes, and has coached athletes at the World Championships, Pan Am Championships and Olympics, including multiple American Record Holders, a Pan Am record holder, World Championship multi-medalist, a youth Silver Medalist, and a Youth World Champion. She also loves coaching beginners and garage lifters with no desire to compete.

Aimee has a passion for mental training and toughness, and has a Masters Degree in Human Behavior Psychology. 

Our Location - Nature's Playground

The retreat is in Terrebonne, Oregon just 45 minutes from Bend with endless places to hike, bike, swim or grab a delicious meal and relax. Many people who come to Aimee's camps spend an extra day or week exploring the area!

3:00-5:00 - Opening session, welcome and technique

Friday, June 20 - Snatch Technique

10-12: Session Two

Lunch & Learn Session (lunch included)

2:00-4:00 Session Three

Saturday, June 21 - Clean & Jerk Technique Day

10-12: Session Four

2:00-4:00 Session Five

Sunday, June 22 

8:00 am Optional Hike/Trail Run at Smith Rock
